This is very foolish to share but its the fact which i have faced for a month now and may be on going.
I Happily bought iphone5s gold from SNAPDEAL on 15th September 2014, the product got lost by courier partner (Bluedart) which they updated to SNAPDEAL on 22nd September 2014.
SNAPDEAL acknowledges that the courier partner has lost the parcel, bluedart even said that they will return the product to snapdeal as per their terms and conditions on the contract.
SNAPDEAL till date is not refunding my money and even not responding back to my queries.
The CUSTOMER CARE @ SNAPDEAL is the worst part as none of them could help me till date.
REQUEST YOU TO DO WHATEVER CAN BE DONE FROM YOUR END.
AND PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL
