I have submitted my mobile Xolo q1000s to Xolo Service Center (Ccom Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd.) at Thane on July 28, 2014 with Work order No. 310000763052 and 310000614376 for repair. They are not returning my original phone since then and only offering some used, downgraded, broken mobile in return and also asking for repair fee for those inferior used mobile. I never asked and agreed on replacement even though they keep on sending some or the other replacement offer which I am denying everytime. I have been writing to them for quite a few months now but with no satisfactory revert from them. Have spoken to and met with almost everyone at Ccom Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd. Service Center at Thane now but not getting proper response neither from the Service Center nor from Xolo Care/Mobile. I am fed up of regular follow ups, traveling, harassment, delays, lack of coordination between the service center and xolo care, visits etc. but it is not resulting in any outcome. Kindly see if you can help me in this matter.
