Hi, my name Mithun Bogi, My phone number is 9313235098, 5th October I was trying to recharge My mobile, transaction id is 941512, Using www.airtel.in for amount of Rs 111/-, The amount is deducted from my account but recharge did not happen. Next day I called customer care for this reason, they told me that within 72 hours you will get your money back in your account, but nothing happend, 9th October again I called customer care they told me that you will get a call from our site till tomorrow 4pm. But I did not get any response from there site, then today 10 th of October, again I called to customer care, now customer care said me that I have to wait another 8 to 10 days for your refund.

This same thing had been happen with me..I also tried a lot of time in calling customer care,they are replying same thing.
