I have ordered on 1st July,2015. (Order Number : 59095601 )and made payment via credit card.
Still I did not get my product.
As per your tacking system, Order has been shipped through Beacon Surface with tracking number 106038 on dated 5th July, 2015. but when I try to track with this tracking number 106038 at http://www.beaconccipl.com/track.asp it is showing “No result found. Invalid number”
I called up to customer care many times but they people every time giving me same answer “wait for 48 hours, and I told him to transfer this line to higher authority or your manager but they saying manager is not available.
This is a worst case ever with shopclues.
I requesting you to resolve my case ASAP and deliver my product ASAP.
