Sir I purchased a mobile from Kaithal-Haryana of htc brand for my brother on 30/06/2015. From the first day that mobile is creating problem for him. He visited twice in the service center at karnal-haryana which is 65km far away from my home. I call more than 5 times on toll free and mail to htc yesterday. But there is no reply from htc and we both are suffering from last 15 days after spending a sum of Rs 26400 on it. So plz me to come out of this.
