Sir I am having problem regarding Zovi a online shopping company. On Jan 20th 2013 I order a regular fit casual cotton shirt(size 40). They have told me that they will deliver my order on or before 25th jan 2013. I have requested them to deliver my order before 25th Jan so one of their representative told me it will deliver before 25th Jan. But when they didn’t deliver on 25th Jan I called to their customer care but no proper response taken by them and due to this kind I have to face some monetary problem.
So Sir I request You to do take some action against them.
