Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have activated 3G plan for 7 days for which I have charged 39 INR. But I am not able to get benefit of this service for a single second . I request for refund my money to customer service they regret it.
This is very frustating, why should i pay for a service if company does not provide it to me.
