Balance deduced 10rs and automatically two times hello tune started

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Pune&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Airtel prepaid service</p>Internet pack scheme(Rs. 10 for 100MB valid for 2 days) activated automatically on my airtel prepaid mobile number( 919766837784) and balance of Rs. 10 deducted in an irrelevant manner.
i m not using any internet servie on my airtel prepaid,and they told me ur net pack is renewed.
