Product having more defects during using

My self Devendra Singh rathore, I had purchase 1 Velvet Air sofa bed from TELE BRANDS INDIA PVT LTD. on 8th january 2013.At the time of purchasing they are confirming me that, this product having one year warranty during verbally communication.and when i have received this product from currier company and opened this product in my home there is no nay warranty card. After some time this product getting punture, because this product is releted with the air application. I have compliat to the company by call they had repied me the please send one SMS regarding yuor problem. I had send one SMS one SMS on date 1th march 2013.Now I am calling to the customer but no body is responding my call and also provide me any amswer. and when I am calling to purchase department but they are disconnecting my call.
