Proper Response Not Provided

Location/place: Vadodara

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo

I placed a MNP request from Docomo To Uninor. I received message displaying ‘Dear Customer, your port-in request to Uninor has been rejected by your Current Operator’. When i inquired about the reason for the rejection, they are not giving any proper answer and neither they are allowing me to change my service provider. Please see to this asap.
