I AM RAJ KUMAR S/O JAGDISH CHANDER. I BOUGHT A DELL INSPIRON N5050,SERVICE TAG NO IS:15741997237 ON 22 AUGUST 2012 FOR RS.36,500 AND WAS PROVIDED A GARAUNTEE OF 1 YEAR.
SO, MY LAPTOP STARTED GIVING PROBLEM ON 15-02-2013. THEY REPAIRED MY LAPTOP ON 03-05-2013 BY DELL.BUT, WHEN IT WAS REPAIRED, THE PROBLEM REOCCURED. I COMPLAINED AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT THERE WAS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE.
I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED. I AM A STUDENT AND I BELONG TO A VERY POOR FAMILY. MY FATHER COULDN’T AFFORD THE LAPTOP BUT HE STILL BOUGHT ME THIS SO THAT IT COULD HELP ME IN THE STUDIES. SO, PLEASE HELP ME YOU ARE MY LAST HOPE.
