I bought a samsung galaxy S3, just to find after 3 weeks later that the display screen, cracked by itself (mark my words, there was no impact or physical abuse in the phone)
I asked the customer care and the service centres to technically explain the reason of the crack, as i am sure it had nothing to do with my usage.
rather answering to the point that I have asked, or checking it for any possible faults in the mobile. they are more interested to tell me that display crack doesnt come under warranty which i already know, they are even more interested in eating my time and milking my money for the service cost.
