I ordered a citizen calculator from snapdeal.com, i received it after 10days and as i opened the packing i got an old used pirated citizen calculator in a very bad condition, they charged Rs 532 for that product and sent me the pirated copy of the product. the name of the seller is Trade Hub. I want you to take an strict action on this issue because now a days online shopping is in a big trend and if a reputed website like snapdeal will do this people will lose faith from online shopping. I request you to please try to remove these kind of seller from the reputed websites.
The amount is small but this made me lose faith on this website.
and I will try my best to ruin that seller.
