I have booked a hotel through a renowned travel agency cleartrip.com in Visakhapatnam from 9th December to 14th December 2014. I have booked the Hotel sea rock quality inn and resort, Vishakhapatnam (trip id 14082711796). But booking was failed due to their technical problem. Now they are not refunding my money. They told me that they have already refunded my money to my bank account but till today (19/10/14) my money is not credited to my account. I have called them everyday and mailed them everyday but now they are advising to wait for another 48 hours. But after every 48 hours they are advising me the same. They are not taking any satisfactory action in this matter and making me fool. I want to how could I get my money back?
