Hello
I got a Vodafone connection from May-June 2014 with Talk plan: MBB_C_V_199_30d_D2GB_FU_2G. I took extra precautions during using internet connection after I was charged Rs. 230 for Download Usage for the month of June 2014. In spite of that once again I was charged Rs. 246 for Download Usage for the month of September 2014.
Vodafone Customer Care informed me the following Download Usage charges applied in my September 2014 bill.

I totally disagree with the Download Usage charges applied in my bill as my plan is 2G Unlimited download. Please look into this serious concern and help me.
