Problem in Water Purifier Bulb

I have complaint 5th conservative time in tata swach for water is not coming in lower container, they will always give me new complaint number but not resolving the problem properly.I have also talk to Bangalore tata swach office manager, he told me that they not the bulb stock with them, but i don’t believe that after passing one week bulb stock is not coming to there office.Every time they give me the excuse and cut the phone.This time they have given me new complaint number 207275.
