Amount Deducted of the Cancelled order

Location/place: Phase-I/Dwarka

Name of company/service: HomeShop18

I have placed an order of “Acer android Phone, E210-Black” Oredr number: 917531223 with AWB no(Shipment number provided by company): 4659972240 through Aramex. I later cancelled this order on the same day with cancellation number:75292507.
I would like to lodge complaint against HomeShop18 as they deducted the amount and also cancelled simultaneoulsy.However when I am trying to reach out to them they are just avoiding the concern.
