Disconnection of Pocket Internet and balance deduction

Location/place: SERAMPORE

Name of company/service: Aircel

My Aircel no. is 8013551477. On 21.04.13, I’ve recharged my account by PI98 which is valid for 30 days. But from 03.05.13, I am not able to connect the internet. It displays as “connection closed by network”. Also I’ve recharged my account by Rs. 10 on 21.04.13. But it deducts all the balance without my concern. I’ve contacted their customer care several times, but they did not solve the problem. What can I do for this?
