I Sourav Kanti Kesh from Durgapur(West Bengal) want to inform you that i have purchase my handset Samsung GT-S5620(MONTE) on 14th august 2011..After using 4months i came in to notice that there is problem in my handset..at that time service centre was unable to repair my problem..when they came into failure i had lodged a complain in consumer forum..After that they have replace my handset with a new one handset…Now i want to inform you that the preious problem again arise in my handset..The problem is when i am charging my handset,the handset getting heated..when the handset is not in use or in switch off mode the charge is turn to Zero..even when in use after full charging the battery giving me 3hrs maximum talktime..Another Surprising problem is when the battery is low & the handset automatically getting switched off,after switch the mobile the date & time is converted to 1/05/2008 & 5:00am..So I want to request you that change my handset with a new one as soon as possible because i cant carry this type of problematic handset..this is too much…Samsung is supplying defective handset to customers…
