dear sir,
myself,jaspreet kaur alag from nagpur bought home based products from heaven and home online but the order no #533004 processed on Date: 23.03.2012 11:24,which was a swan wine bottle holder came to me broken and damaged,regarding which i sent the website photos along with the complain and they put the money back in my account which they promised i could use on next order but when i tried to place the order…it did not get placed and the reply was”Sorry. Checkout is currently unavailable. Please turn to your store administrator for assistance.”Sorry. Checkout is currently unavailable. Please turn to your store administrator for assistance.”but the contact number given in the site does not work..no one replies on the given number” 011- 49339900″.also they had put 200 rs more in my account because they had promised a free home delivery but i paid rs 200 shipping charges which i could use in next purchase.finally now they have even erased the details of my vouchers i.e the money that has to be returned..if you check their facebook id, you will see that many customers have faced the same problem.please help us all.
