I would like to file a complaint against Latestone.com.
I had ordered mentioned above and received it in damaged condition. It was bent around corners. I contacted customer care and i was told to mail the complaint and images of damages product. Later latestone support emailed me that they wil return the product and refund me the entire amount. I was asked aboit my bank details to refund the amount. I received this correspondence on 16 December 2014. After that i haven’t received any type of correspondence from latestone. I emailed them four times and called on their customer care number more than 20 times. Either no one picks up the call or the no. is busy.
