I visited DT cinemas GK2 today at 5.05 show of PK dated 2/01/2015. It was really sad to know that the seat was broken which caused great inconvenience during the movie. The fact was brought in light with the staff but they just apologised. I would like to get some more incentive to compensate the loss and inconvenience.
