We have AQUAGUARD Booster model from Eureka Forbes,our customer ID:1001410672, We have AMC till dt.09/12/2015. Our request No.0079516222 dtd.19/12/14 is never responded,despite of many calls to their call centers,recent being on dt.25/12/14 at 1715hrs with Mr.Swaat & on dt.27/12/14 at 1130hrs.with Mr.Nishant.We feel we are taken for granted.
We request you to kindly help us in resolving our complain.We will be pleased if Eureka Forbes returns our AMC amount so as we could find other alternative to get our equip.serviced.
