Hi,
I applied for a portability number change from idea prepaid to postpaid 2 weeks back. i submitted my rental agreement along with my passport copy. Firstly vodafone people sent the guy to the wrong address for verification then finally when i got my address changed by visting their store they are not activating my number.
All the verifications have been done on my new address a week back and i have submitted all the documents a week back in Indirapuram store of Vodafone to Mr. Chetan. everytime i go there he tells me to wait for 48 hours but those 48 hours have now been converted to 148+ hours. Still my number is not working. I am facing immense problem because of all this and i am planning to switch to some other service since voda is not serving customers well. My both numbers 9718499863 and 9873361102 are currently barred.
