i have purchased reliance cdma data card with three months unlimited plan with roaming free all over india. but i am getting speed 100kbps in gaya bihar even in delhi its speed is below 300kbps. i was promised at speed 3.2 mbps but get only 10% of its speed. i just want my speed above 1mbps
