Product returned without informing

Dear Sir,
I have ordered an item on snapdeal. The product was comming via Bluedart Courier service. The deliveryman of the courier company without even contacting me went on to cancelled my order saying, that i refused to accept. He did similar things to me few months earlier too. He’s behaviour is very bad. He never calls me, he just come to my house at the night when i was not at home & went back without even calling me. Then he cancelled the order. I want my product back asap & i want a strict action to the deliveryman of the courier service.
