I am Suresh from Guduvanchery, Tamil nadu near to chennai. I bought Genpure Ro+UV ultima water purifier on 26.05.14. As agreed during purchase it was 3 free service up to 1 year. During service they didnt checked any thing and changed the filters only. Now the water taste was changed & taking more time refilling it. Informed to local distributor he checked & told internal membrane got problem you should change it immediately. During service time they didn’t checked any thing, after completed 1 year now they told membrane was problem, this should be addressed during the service periods. Cost of the membrane is around Rs.2400. If I supposed to change it, similar type of complaint will next year also. That means yearly once I should change the membrane. I need clarifications from Genpure representatives but not getting proper support from customer care. Several times i made call to toll free number, they told to contact Chennai representatives. But Chennai representatives approach is very worst. I requested them any Genpure representative would visit my home & suggest what to do in further. But they rejected my request,
Poor response from Genpure water purifiers…
