Representative of MTS was visited my premises and offered plan of Dongle as per the following:-
Pay Rs.1800/- 3 month subscription in advance, cost of dongle will be free of cost.Accordingly,paid Rs. 1800/- in cash for which representative of MTS had given receipt.After 13 days, dated 13.08.15, phone call received from above said representative intimating that your scheme is not confirmed and therefore he offered return of money after deducting Rs. 1060/- against cost of dongle but i denied to take back said amount and immediately registered my complaint to your customer service. My registered complaint no. is AUG/9581 on 13.08.15. MTS stopped service and withheld my payment also. No action till date
