I am applied atm card in july’15 issue new card but it is blocked
again applied new card in Aug’15 it is also blocked
your people said there is unblock system in u r bank so please contact u r bank officials
so i will contact my bank officials but they said there is no unblock facility in our bank
but it is not true (u r people said) then only i launch compliant so please rectify my problem as early as possible.
