I Registered the complaint at PGPORTAl but all are in vain and today i received call from Advocate RK CHAUHAN that my file is with himfile no. 010/16 at Delhi court.
Though i received notice from PB & HR high court’s lawyer.I went pillar to post from trai to PGPORTAl but all are tom dick and harry.Today i got call from the no.7053242461 and threatened to me that i will have to go to court and summoned against me and i will have to pay heavy court fee and charges.I am totally upset and in gloom that how to react.Please help me

Grievance Description : I am totally harassed with the so mean fraudulent trade practice of Ms HFCL Infotel Ltd I requested them to transfer my net connection to new shifted residential address and submitted all documents vide acknowledgement no 1109400 dated 26 08 2015 Their representative call me for pending bill I always request them to please transfer net connection to my shifted residence. But all concerned persons are reluctant to pay any heed to my problem These guys call my parents and threatened them to pay bills My parents got tensed from their legal threats You tell me why should I pay for their service which I not availed and suffered a lot in my professional work I requested many times but all my efforts got in vain I am only bread winner for my family and care taker for my family I have two physically disable siblings and sick parents so I donot want to put all them in trouble So I just seek justice from you as they issued legal notice to me demanding Rs 8718 outstanding bill amount Please give me Justice and save me from these corporate dacoits I also mentioned same problem in my complaint dated 28 08 2015 but it seems to be like that you also just a acting as a mere messenger This is my last request to you for Justice

Details : Kindly refer to your grievance registered under the above docket number. The said grievance was forwarded to the concerned service provider who has intimated that : Informed to customer through mail that connection can not be shifted due to technical constraints. He needs to deposit a final bill payment of Rs. 3000/- and need to submit the accessories at nearest connect office to settle his connect account.
