No Internet, even after paying installation charges.

I took airtel broadband on 20th March 2016.Since then i got internet for only 3-4 days that too immediately after installation. After that I am calling 121 for complain and status update almost every day. Customer service executive promises every call that my internet will be restored, but even today I am not having any internet.

I want my installation charges to be refunded. Airtel is not able to solve my problem or provide internet service. No technician is able to help. Now they dont even show up or pick up my call’s.
