Hi .
Since a month I have been facing problems with my phone .
Evey now and then I automatically receive messages informing me that some pack has been activated on my number and amount has been deducted .
Sometimes it’s some silk pack . otherwise it’s some vftv and other stuff . each time some amount vets deducted and I have to call on 155223 to deactivate it again and again . I loose a huge amount of money in this all .
I tried contacting customer care and they said it was a third party and they cannot help me at all .
I don’t know how are these activations happening as I never even open Vodafone sites to activate them .
