Hi this is Rahul Verma i want to file complaint against shopclues.. On 13 March 2016 I have ordered Philips Trimmer QT4011 Pro Skin Advance For Men from shopclues. But on 18 march when i received the product it was Philips Trimmer QT4001 which completely different from which i ordered. seller have purposely scratch price tag .so that customer should not understand that they are cheating customer. On 18 march 2016 they picked wrong product from my home and delivered replacement product on 6 april 2016. but when i opened the box again the product was wrong . They have delivered philips qt 4006 trimmer. Twice they have delivered wrong product ….. and the person is saying again file return request we will provide u correct product this time…. its beign a 20 days and i didnt got my correct product delivered. So now i want to register a complaint against shopclues and their seller . I would like to emphasize that: They have been grossly negligent in resolving my complaint. I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of their deficient service. Given the above sequence of events, I request you to please spread this on media .I will not let them so easily In addition, I request you to ask them compensate me with an amount of Rs. 20 lakh for the extreme stress and mental agony they have caused to me and the cost incurred by me in trying to resolved this issue Now they have cancelled my replacement request and they have processed refund by saying due to unavailabilty of product we are refunding your amount …… i dont want refund payment . from 1 month they are fooling me.
