Over all Very very poor service & support.

I’m writing this email to inform you about 2 subjects
1. Very Poor support from Mangal marketing, 22/2 dr.allagappa road,Purasivakkam,Chennai Branch as the engineer is not available on all days & they cannot inform / confirm us on his visit of a particular day in 2 weeks. I went to the service center last week & faced this issue. When I ring up, they don’t respond to me properly.
2. Your toll free number (1800-425-66666) mentioned in your support website is incorrect. It gets landed in IBM support.
