I had brought this Micromax A96, on 10th May 2009 and have been facing problems since then. Within a span of 20 days it started hanging until on 7th June 2014 when it stopped working completely.On 9th June 2014 i took it to Vashi Services- Micromax Authorised service center in Thane. They formatted everything to make it active only to find out that the mobile now cannot detect my SIM card. This is the second time I have gone to repair my brand new phone and they are just not returning my mobile stating it will take more time to repair.The word “Repair” tagged with my brand new mobile itself hurts me. I feel i have been cheated by the company who has taken Rs.8000 and not even giving me my mobile or replacement or the money back. I would appreciate if you help me in getting my money back.
