mts mblaze

i am MTS Mblaze customer and my MDN no. is 9137194083. I purchased 40 gb unlimited data plan on 16th of may 2014. but from the day of purchase i am gettin speed issue and i hve lodge a complain twice.
(speed fluctuation and very low speed issues).customer care told me there are too many connection in your area and hence ur geetin this problem and when i told then to disconnect the plan the told me thet it cant be done before 3 months.
