Dear Sir/MAM,
I bought motorola mobile ie MOTO G ( 8gb) worth 10500 rupees from online, but after 1 and 1/2 month my device is not working properly, my device is getting factory reset automatically 3 to 4 times a day , and i am getting e-mail from their application ie ANDROID DEVICE MANAGER on my g-mail account stating that REMOTE ERASE REQUESTED.
The customer service agent’s had escalated my complaint since 1 week ,but are not giving proper solution.
I asked them to replace my device…..which they are not responding…
I am frustrated by their service
I hope i’ll get HELP from your end.
