Complaint against Service centre and Mobile

Dear Sir / Ma’am,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I (Manish Tomar) had deposited my Mobile with warranty period (Model – Micromax A110Q / Handset Color – White) for repair on 31 July, 2014.

I was being informed that on account of some major technical fault (charging, Bluetooth & wifi problem), my handset needs to be submitted so that the same could be repaired by the MICROMAX CENTRE M/S The Mobile Care, B-36, Guru Nank Pura, Opp.V3S Mall, Near Maharaja Banquet Hall, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi – 110092 (With Job sheet No.: N030666-0714-11199766). Also, it was promised to get the fault rectified within a time frame of 14 days (i.e., 13th July, 2014). But, today we are standing on 17th Sep, 2014 and even after numerous follow-ups your service centre people are providing only various dates and no solution & neither my corrected handset. It’s almost 60 days and I am still waiting for my phone, every time I call them and they said part is still not come.

On 08th Sep 2014 I have complaint about the same to the Micromax toll free no. and they said your complaint had closed on my record please visit to service centre or make a conference call from there I tried service centre no. several times but the no. always on busy then they said I forwarded your complaint to service centre your complaint no. same as your mobile no. 9873738313.

On 13th Sep 2014 I called to Micromax customer care and that time they told me your complaint forwarded to service centre on 12th Sep 2014 it’ll take one more week.

On 16th Sep 2014 I visit to service centre that time they told me your Old job sheet (N030666-0714-11199766) are closed. They renew my New Job sheet (N030666-0914-12170919) on 13th Sep 2014 without inform me. In which they are mentioned two problems 1) Power Dose Not Switch On 2). Display Mechanically Broken

On 17th Sep 2014 I called to Micromax customer care they raised the complaint (Comp. No. – MMX1809141734) above the same and said it’ll take to get complete within 20 days.

My handset warranty expiration date was 28th Aug 2014 and handset submitted from 31st July 2014 to till now. So, please extend my handset warranty from the beginning when I submitted my handset for service to till date or I want to get the replacement with new handset.

Please solve my problems as soon as possible i request to u ..
