poor service in warranty period

I am Ashwin Deshpande a owner of bold 9900 from pune. I work with a company who deals in cars sales and service .I am heading the after sales dept. We work towards customer satisfaction and try hard to achieve that . But my experience with BlackBerry after sales is horrible.

This is my 7 or 8 blackberry which I bought and I was enjoying the experience. Till now.

I have a 9900 bold which I had give for same repairs in warranty on 18/06/2013 for 1st time for auto function of “N” and “M” word and got the phone back on 22 June 2013 .

I used the phone for 2 days and I started having problems immediately so I submitted the phone again on 1st jul Cause I was out of town could not submit immediately . When I submitted the phone I told them to keep it as long as they want but resolve the issue and give me the phone back when problem is solved . I got the phone back on 25th july which is 25 days of repairs and observation . By this time the phone went out of warranty .

When I started the phone I have faced the same problem . on 26th July this the 3rd time i went to your service centre on 10 o’clock and had to submit the phone. Now it is 13 days and blackberry is still not able to repair the headset .

I have few questions .

1. Why I have to wait for so long to get the repaired handset .

2. If the handset is in warranty why I am not getting the replacement.

3. After this repairs if the phone again faces the same problem then what.
