I purchased a LENOVO IDEATAB A2107 from M/s ACE infocom (ANDHERI (EAST),MUMBAI 400069 on 30th July 2013. M/s ACE infocom is authorised dealer of Lenovo. When purchasing dealer said my ideatab is valid for dogear offer for which I was supposed to get cupon of Rs 800.00 I also send attach pdf copies id & address proof & invoice bill & back side printed bar code details given in box as per his instruction and given in the lenovo do store web site by email. when ever i call to lenovo customer cares number, executive said me it be take time, but rigt now on one reply recevice from lenovo ( coupon numner & e-voucher ).
I received warranty status lookup on 08 Aug 2013 from Lenovo India Registration Team ([email protected])
