i activated 3g data pack services on reliance gsm of Rs 123. Just after 2 days my main balance got reduced by almost Rs 150. The Customer Care Executive informed me that my whole 1gb data was over n so Net Usage charges was getting deducting from Main Balance. However i have hardly used 100 mb of data.
i am not getting any satisfactory answer. They are transffering calls from one executive to other.
