Poor service and responses

Feeling pleasured and motivated to be associated with the spice mobiles.

Bought the phone Spice Dream UNO Android One september 2014. The phone stopped working suddenly and gave it to the customer service in july 2015. It has been almost 60 days and still the solution is not given. The problem might be big, but 2 months is too big before the problem.

I expect your quickest possible response about this issue, failing to do so may involve very harsh reactions from my side
