I(vikash kumar singh)have puchase an Samsui LED 32″ tv from EZONE on 16th aug’15,my Customer id is 8025923705. They said that tv will be delivered next day bt they send to me after 5 days and service man comes after 7 days and set the tv on my wall and we have a gift of Phillips sound system to is 30th of aug they hav’t given me yet. Now when i am calling them they are saying send me tomorrow and lots of other fake things. I have already complants to them once before bt the same thing they are doing because they already got my money. Now i also want them to take there led tv away from my home and give my money back. So please quik help with the issue. Thank you.

we purchased a mobile from askmebazar.com on 30.06.15, ORDER No.AB3828223 AMOUNT .Rs.13360, we paid thought credit card. but they have not given delivery in time limit. then they said stock nil. then we canceled the order but till date we have not received my payment.
they are every day saying that your payment under process. no body take response
pls. help me.thanks & regards,
