Poor Customer Care

I am using vodafone for past 6 years.. But my bal of 89 got deducted unnecessarily when i called the customer care and asked about it they said i activated some Value Added Pack.. When i argued i didn’t activate they are nt ready to accept and they were saying the same thing again and again.. I Called three times.. First person couldnt even able to communicate properly.. Other person said to call later.. Third person said to port me if u r nt happt with us.. I again asked so u r happy u r customer leaving your network he said yes sir no issues.. I am porting myself to Airtel.. Worst customer harassment by Vodafone..
