I am an AIRCEL customer having Mobile No.9474668442.AIRCEL has activated Pocket Internet service instantly and deducted Rs.98.00 from my balance.I emailed them to deactivate the service which I don’t need,but in response they conveyed that money cannot be refunded.This they are doing willfully,because they called me again for other plans.I request you to compel them refunding my money and prevent cheating people.
