Hello, I’ve made a recharge of ₹199 via SBI mobile banking which directed payment via Oxicash. In their website, they had mentioned that ₹199 RC would give a data balance of 2GB which is valid for 30 days, but surprisingly i didn’t get any balance after successful recharge. When i contacted their Customer care executive, they told like, that recharge should be made via their website, which they didn’t mention anywhere in the website. Instead of 2GB data i got some local mins which i don’t need and wanted. It is a clear thing that the leading telecom operator Airtel is misleading people with the wrong details in their website.
