Legal Notice from Tata Teleservices in spite of paid bill

Sir,

I used to be a customer of Tata Teleservices Ltd Photon mobile internet service My acc no – 936660283 and Tel no-9230553651

I made a full and final payment of Rs 2953 by cash on 18th April 2013 after which the service was discontinued( Device deactivated). But after 5 months the advocate of the firm has send a notice to pay an additional Rs 2515 within 7 days or face legal action. I contacted the given link Mr Sanjay Kumar cell no 8375061069 but for no response.

Contacted your online chat with reference to the cancellation request 348482495 , but he came back and said that the request was not for cancellation.

I request immediate action in order to save me from harassment.
