PIRETED WINDOW XP OS USED INSTEAD OF SONY ORIGNINAL WINDOW XP OS

I have register above mentioned complained since 05th July 2014 to solve the WINDOW XP OS problem.But as on date no any in writing status provide to me. Once I call him says only pirated window XP OS is the final solution of your mentioned product. Please help me sony service center owner himself says like that.Please do the needful as the earliest of investigation behind the issue why sony authorized servicecentre advice to do work with pirated instead of original window xp os . I believe to use in original WINDOW XP OS. I have paid money at the time of purchase for original window XP OS. Please help me out of these issue.
