My Reliance Number(9231652526) is deactivated and cannot be activated at all

Hi All,

My Reliance Number(9231652526) has got deactivated as I was far from my city and Reliance says it cannot be activated at all. I really need that number available and have been running here and there for any possibility. What shall I do regarding this and whom do I contact for this purpose?
