Not received my HTC handset

I have submitted my HTC one V handset for service repair on 4th September 2014. My ticket no for the same is 14INA370022229. I am continuously taking follow up from their team but they are not answering. Its been more than 15 days I have not received my handset yet. My contact no is 8983249580.
